With the passage of AB398 earlier this summer, there are a significant number of changes to the Cap and Trade program that now need to be determined in regulation.  In order to assist ARB with these efforts and make sure that stakeholders have a forum to discuss AB 398 and make recommendations, CMCA is convening a broad stakeholder discussion group.
